* 2weeks for hardware and acecessories.
* Delivery terms is within 24 hours for goods in stock for clients that are in Lagos.
* 48Hours for clients outside Lagos
* And 3-4 weeks for goods that are to be ordered.

4. What are our payment terms?
Ans:

* Payment on delivery for new clients,
* 5 working days for existing clients,
* 20 working days for clients on contract.

5. What are our Product Warranty?
Ans:
* All products have Manufaturer's warranty.For Instance.., Hp Warranty on Servers is 3 years

6. What are our after sales service?
Ans:
* We support our sales when on warranty and after the warranty has expired.
* When the products are on warranty , you get your items serviced or replaced at no cost.
* And after warranty, you get it serviced at a fee
